- 150 g butter
- 5 tablespoon chives, cut into rolls
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ thyme, fresh, chopped
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ lime juice
- Lime zest, grated
- some chives, for garnish
- salt and pepper
