Ingredients

  • 250 g mararine
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 1 lemon (s), rub the peel
  • 250 g almond (s), rated
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 375 g jam (currant or raspberry jam)

Instructions

  1. Stir the margarine until foamy, then add everything up to and including the almonds and mix. Mix the flour and baking powder well, sift into the dough and mix.
  2. Put 2/3 of the dough in a greased springform pan (24 - 26 cm diameter), smooth out.
  3. Put the jam on top and put the remaining dough in a piping bag with a smooth nozzle and sprinkle a grid on the cake.

  5. Bake at 180 ° C for 60 minutes.
