  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 400 ml asparagus stock
  • 100 g cream
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • Pepper, white, freshly ground
  • nutmeg
  • Basil, fresh

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, stir in the flour and prepare a light sweat. Deglaze with the asparagus stock. Add the white wine and the cream, bring everything to the boil. Season with pepper and nutmeg. If necessary, add salt. Finally add the weighed basil and serve immediately.
