Put all ingredients together in a sealable jar and let it steep for 4-5 days in a dark place. Stir or shake every now and then so that the rock candy dissolves.
Now remove the stems and pour the liqueur through a cloth and pour it into a clean bottle. Let rest in a dark place for another 4 weeks.
If the liqueur is not sweet enough for you, you can give in a little rock candy without hesitation.
The liqueur has a digestive and stomach-calming effect after a large meal.
