  • 2 egg whites
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 6 walnuts or almonds
  • 1 apple, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour the mixture into 6-8 muffin cups. Silicone molds are best suited for this.
