  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables and chicken breast into small pieces as desired. At the same time, put on a small saucepan with salted water and bring to the boil.
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and fry in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Then take the meat out of the pan and set aside.
  3. Put the broccoli in the boiling salted water and cook for about 5 minutes. Put the rest of the vegetables in the pan and fry them.
  4. Add the broccoli together with the chicken breast to the vegetables in the pan and fry for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
