Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), peeled and cut into strips or wedes
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, pureed or clove garlic squeezed through
  • 1 teaspoon herbs Provence or caraway seeds
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder, to taste

Instructions

  1. Put the potatoes with the remaining ingredients in a bowl with a lid. Put the lid on and shake vigorously until the potatoes are evenly coated with oil, herbs and spices.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (if you use more oil you can work without parchment paper) and distribute the potatoes on top. The potatoes should be next to each other, not on top of each other. Bake until crispy golden brown in 45 minutes.
  3. I like to leave french fries for this potato variant. Tastes delicious and is very easy.
