  • 400 g flour
  • 200 g quark
  • 9 tablespoon milk
  • 9 tablespoon oil
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 24 raisins

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients together except for the raisins and then roll out. Using a glass, cut out 2 slices for each pig. One for the face, the other is cut in half and used as ears.
  2. A small circle is cut out for the nose. Press the nostrils into the nose with your finger or the end of a wooden spoon handle, the eyes can be represented with raisins. The pigs are then baked at 175 ° C for 20 minutes.
