Ingredients

  • 100 g spinach, youn leaves, weihed and prepared
  • 0.5 ½ pomegranate
  • some garlic, young, cut into very fine rings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly chilli pepper (s), dried, ground in a mortar

Instructions

  1. Roll the pomegranate, cut in half and remove the seeds. Collect the juice.
  2. Melt the oil in a pan. Sweat the young garlic in it. Add the spinach, add the pomegranate seeds and juice and season. Let the spinach collapse for 2 minutes while stirring. Remove from heat and serve lukewarm.
