Lush Cheesecakes

This is a recipe for delicious, tender, fluffy cottage cheese pancakes. The amount of ingredients is minimal and the result is a delicious breakfast for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese (dry) – 280 g
  • Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs. (or 3 small)
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 2 pinches
  • Vegetable oil – for frying
  • Jam (optional) – for serving

Directions

  1. Combine cottage cheese (dry, not liquid; if the cottage cheese is liquid, it must be thrown onto a sieve) with eggs. Mix well with a fork until smooth.
  2. Add sugar, salt, flour. Form cheesecakes, roll in flour. Fry cheesecakes in a small amount of vegetable oil for 7-8 minutes on each side.
  3. Serve ready-made cheesecakes with jam, sour cream, honey.
