Ingredients

  • 3 pretzel stick (s) from the previous day
  • 2 apples
  • 1 leek
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 300 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Cut the pretzel sticks into slices and place in a bowl. Wash the leek and cut into slices. Peel the apples and cut into small cubes.
  2. Heat the butter, sauté the leek and apples briefly. Mix with the bread and season. Mix in the cheese. Whisk the milk and eggs together and mix carefully with the bread mixture. Put everything in a buttered baking dish.
  3. Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C for approx. 40 minutes.
  4. A salad goes well with it.
