Ingredients

  • 400 g sausae (Lyoner), cut into cubes
  • 2 large onions
  • 400 g canned tomatoes (Pelati)
  • 50 g bacon, fatter, smoked
  • 1 bell pepper (s), red, (leave out if you like)
  • 1 cube broth
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Pepper, black or white as you like
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet as you like

Instructions

  1. Leave the bacon in a shallow saucepan, add the Lyoner and onions and fry everything. Add the pelati (canned tomatoes) with the juice, reduce the heat. Add the stock cubes, spices and crushed garlic. Peel the bell pepper with the peeler, add it and cook everything until it is nice and mushy. Possibly extend the sauce with a little water.
  2. Ribbon noodles go well with it.
