Ingredients
- 200 g macaroni
- 1 large onion (s)
- 100 g Gouda cheese, rated
- 3 sausages from the glass
- 1 small can corn, 40 g drained weight
- 1 ½ bell pepper (s), multicolored or just one color
- 100 g crème fraîche
- some paprika powder, mild or hot
- salt and pepper

- Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente. In the meantime, cut the sausages into thin slices. Cut the onions and peppers into fine strips. Drain the corn.
- Heat a little oil in a large pan, fry the sausages, onions and peppers in the pan. Add the drained pasta and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the corn and the crème fraîche and bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Scatter the cheese on top and fold in slightly.
