  • 3 egg (s), including the egg white
  • 200 g suar, fine (powdered suar)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 125 g chocolate, chopped (dark)
  • 250 g almond (s), unpeeled chopped or whale, hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar & vanilla sugar, beat again. Carefully fold in the chocolate, almonds and nuts. Put the dough with 2 teaspoons in small heaps on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake at 150 ° for 20 - 25 minutes with convection a little lower.
  3. Do not remove immediately afterwards, it dissolves better.
