Ingredients

  • 200 g mackerel fillet, smoked, cut into pieces
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish, natural
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 onion (s), peeled, roughly chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes lemon (s)
  • salt
  • 1 bunch chives, cut into small rolls
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a kitchen utensil and mix well. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Let it steep for an hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Serve as a dip with raw vegetable strips or with small cooked potatoes.
