Ingredients
- 2 cup noodles e.g., macaroni, croissants or penne
- 2 cup milk
- 1 cup Gouda, grated
- 4 mushrooms
- 1 tomato (s)
- 1 spring onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- Spice (s), e.g., paprika powder, basil and oregano

- Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan, add the pasta and simmer on low heat.
- In the meantime, cut the mushrooms and spring onion into slices and the tomato into cubes. Grate the Gouda or use the grated one.
- Add the vegetables to the pasta and continue to cook. When the pasta is al dente, remove the pan from the heat, stir in the cheese and season with salt, pepper and any other seasoning.
- This recipe can be changed depending on your preference.
