Ingredients
- 400 g feta cheese, milder (creamier) or cow`s milk cheese
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 hot peppers, fresh red ones
- 2 hot peppers, fresh greens
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 100 ml oil, (sunflower oil)
- 100 ml olive oil

- Pluck the rosemary needles from the stem and chop finely.
- Core the peppers and finely chop with the garlic. Mix together the oil (both types), peppers, rosemary and garlic and let it steep for a moment. Put some of the marinade in a bowl and put the cheese on top. Spread the rest of the marinade on top. Put in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
- You can also prepare the feta the day before.
- Fresh baguette goes very well with it.
