Ingredients
- 6 peach (s), preferably mountain peaches
- 1 liter water
- 1 ½ tablespoon tea, green
- some lemon wedge (s)
- some ice cubes

- Wash and chop the peaches. Put in a saucepan and pour in the water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Then turn off the stove and let the mixture cool down to around 80 ° C.
- Now add the green tea. Let it steep for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Then strain into a teapot. Press the peaches vigorously through the sieve.
- Let cool and serve with ice cubes and lemon wedges.
