Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 cans mandarin (s)
  • 4 cups sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 ½ point pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 100 g suar
  • 200 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Prepare a firm batter from the first 5 ingredients. Spread on a greased baking sheet. Spread the mandarins (drained well) on top.
  2. Then from sour cream, oil, van. Prepare the pudding powder, an egg and 200 g sugar, spread over the top.
  3. Finally, knead a kind of crumble from 1 egg, milk, 100 g sugar and coconut flakes. Spread this over the cake as well
  4. Bake at 175 degrees C for about 40 minutes. Caution: it quickly turns brown on top!
  5. Tastes great and is suitable for all occasions.
