Ingredients

  • 250 g low-fat quark, oranic
  • 1 large mango (s), very ripe and aromatic
  • 70 ml milk, (organic fresh milk), approx
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 1 pinch vanilla, real, ground
  • raw cane sugar, agave syrup, stevia etc. for sweetening

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and remove the pulp from the stone. Finely dice approx. 1/4 of the pulp and set aside. Roughly dice the remaining mango and finely puree in a blender.
  2. Stir the quark with the milk until smooth, stir in the mango puree and season with the vanilla and rose water. Then fold in the mango cubes and sweeten the quark as desired with cane sugar, agave syrup, stevia or another neutral sweetener. If you like it sweet, take 2 tablespoons of raw cane sugar, for example, if you prefer to eat it less sweet, take correspondingly less.
