Ingredients

  • 3 mango (s)
  • 2 lime (s)
  • 150 g natural yourt (1.5% fat)
  • 5 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 6 sheets gelatin, white
  • 400 g whipped cream or cremfine
  • 400 g strawberries (frozen)
  • water, cold
  • 80 g chocolate, white

Instructions

  1. Peel the mangoes and cut into pieces or roughly dice. Squeeze out the lime juice. Put together with the mango pieces in a tall mixing bowl and puree with a hand blender. Stir in the yogurt and season with powdered sugar.
  2. Soak the gelatine according to the instructions on the packet, then slowly heat and dissolve in a saucepan. Stir in about 5 tablespoons of mango puree, then mix with the rest of the puree. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold in as soon as the puree begins to gel.
  3. Put the strawberries out to thaw. Put the mousse in a glass bowl or something similar and chill for 4 hours. Then puree the strawberries in a tall mixing bowl and carefully pour over the mango mousse. Grate the white chocolate and sprinkle over the strawberry mixture.
