- 300 ml coffee, very strong
- 200 ml milk
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml maple syrup
- whipped cream
- Coffee powder

- Heat the cream and milk in a saucepan while stirring, but do not allow to boil. Add coffee and maple syrup, stir well.
- Serve sprinkled with whipped cream and some coffee powder to taste.
