Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 250 grams sugar
- 5 egg (s)
- 125 ml oil
- 125 ml sparkling mineral water
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 4 tablespoon cocoa powder, instant
- 1 flavor as required
- possibly breadcrumbs for the form
- Fat for the shape
- Powdered sugar as desired

- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
- Mix all ingredients well with the hand mixer. Grease a springform pan with a bundt cake insert and, if necessary, line it with breadcrumbs.
- Pour 2/3 of the batter into the springform pan.
- Stir the cocoa powder into the remaining 1/3 of the batter and fill the springform pan with the light batter.
- Put in the oven and bake for about 1 hour.
- Finally, let the cake cool down a little, turn it out and dust with powdered sugar if you like.
- Tips:
- - The dough can also be cut in half for smaller cake tins. I always do that when I just need a cupcake.
- - The dough can also be used wonderfully for muffins or quick fruitcakes.
- - Don`t be alarmed, dough is very runny.
