Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 hot pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushrooms, cut into thin slices and blanch in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and drain well. Express well with your hands.
  2. Now chop it into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
  3. Finely chop the clove of garlic and coarsely chop the parsley, cut the chilli pepper into rings.
  4. Season to taste with the wine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Should stand and pull through for about 6 hours, preferably longer overnight.
  6. If necessary, season again with salt and pepper and a little sugar.
