Marinated Fish

Juicy pieces of fried white fish under a fragrant vegetable marinade are an excellent fish dish.

Ingredients

  • Fillet of white fish – 1 kg
  • Carrots – 250 g
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Tomato puree – 250 ml
  • Vinegar – 70 ml
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Sugar – 2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 50-70 ml

Directions

  1. Grate the carrots. Cut the onion into small pieces. We spread the onions and carrots in a saucepan with heated vegetable oil. Cooking vegetables until soft.
  2. Add tomato puree, salt, sugar, a pinch of pepper, and vinegar.
  3. Stir, cook for another 10-12 minutes, until the mass warms up and becomes homogeneous.
  4. Cut the fish fillet into portions.
  5. We put the fish in a saucepan with heated oil, fry for 4-6 minutes on each side.
  6. We shift the finished fish into a deep container.
  7. Fill the fish with vegetable mass.
  8. After the dish has completely cooled down, serve the marinated fish with any side dish.
