Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped salt

  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh, dried or frozen

Instructions

  1. Good ground beef is recommended.
  2. Knead the minced meat with all the other ingredients in a bowl with your hands to form a dough. Take a moment for it: the longer and better the dough is kneaded with your hands, the more airy and tender the meat will be. Add the chopped onion and a little garlic to taste.
  3. Shape the dough into 8 meatballs of approx. 85 grams each with wet hands. Flatten the meatballs nicely.
  4. Bake the meatballs in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, turning them over halfway through the time. Then let it pull through briefly at approx. 100 degrees.
  5. Alternatively, fry the meatballs in a pan with a little oil on both sides and cook slowly for 10-15 minutes, turning them frequently. In summer, the meatballs can of course also be prepared very well on the grill.
  6. Everything that is liked about meatballs tastes good too.

  8. If you like it a bit spicier, you can double the quantities of pepper varieties, paprika powder and curry.
  9. Professionals prepare the dough a little earlier so that the ingredients can still soak in the refrigerator.
  10. You should also try: Just before the end of cooking, place a slice of your favorite processed cheese on the meatball so that the cheese can still melt.
  11. The recipe is also suitable for small party or buffet meatballs.
