Ingredients

  • 6 egg (s)
  • 180 g suar
  • 180 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 500 ml whipped cream
  • 2 chocolate bars, (Mars bar)

Instructions

  1. Cut the Mars bars into smaller pieces and bring to the boil with the whipped cream. Take it from the stove and let it cool off. Then leave to cool in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Separate the eggs and then whip up the yolks and sugar until frothy. Add salt to the egg whites and beat until stiff.
  3. Mix the baking powder and flour and then fold the flour and egg white alternately into the yolk mass. Bake the sponge cake at 180 ° C for approx. 15 - 20 minutes.
  4. After baking, shape the sponge cake into a roll and let it cool down.
  5. In the meantime, whip the chilled Mars cream firmly.
  6. Carefully roll up the cooled Swiss roll, fill it with the Mars cream and roll it up again.
  7. Of course, you can also make cuts with the biscuit and Mars cream!
