Marshmallow Apple-2

This delicate dessert is made exclusively from natural products – apples, sugar, and egg whites.

Ingredients

  • Apples – 450-500 g
  • Sugar – 400 g
  • Egg whites – 3 pcs.

Directions

  1. Prepare foods for apple marshmallows.
  2. How to make apple marshmallows at home:
  3. Chop the apples and peel them.
  4. Put the apples in a saucepan, put on fire, and simmer over low heat, covered until completely soft (20-40 minutes, depending on the variety).
  5. Rub the stewed apples through a fine sieve, remove the peel. Cool the applesauce. (From 450-500 g of apples, about 400 g of puree is obtained.)
  6. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  7. Add sugar and proteins to the applesauce. Mix.
  8. With a mixer, beat the fluffy foam into applesauce with sugar and protein until a thick, viscous mass is obtained (beat for 5-10 minutes).
  9. Turn on the oven and preheat it to 60-90 degrees. Divide the whipped apple-protein mixture into silicone or paper muffin tins. Put on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 2-3 hours at low temperature. If necessary, you can leave the marshmallows in the oven for a longer time. When the marshmallow “gets stronger”, take it out of the oven, remove it from the molds.
  10. Serve the apple marshmallow with cold milk.
