- 1 glass sour cherries, (370 ml)
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ pudding powder, (vanilla)
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoon chocolate flakes
- 100 g marzipan
- 400 g cream quark
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Drain the cherries, collecting the juice.
- Bring the juice to the boil. Mix the vanilla pudding powder with 3 tablespoons of water and bind the juice with it. Fold in the cherries, let everything cool down.
- Dice the marzipan and mix with the quark until creamy. Fold in the vanilla sugar and chocolate flakes.
- Layer the quark and cherries alternately in glasses.
- Tip: If there are no children with you, you can also add kirsch to the cherries to taste.
