Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 75 g chocolate, white
  • 1 can peach (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone with the quark, sugar and vanilla sugar. Grate the chocolate and dice the peaches. Put some chocolate flakes aside for decoration, fold the rest with the peach pieces into the quark cream.
  2. Serve sprinkled with the retained chocolate flakes.
  3. And be prepared for kudos. Has always been very well received by me! It also tastes great with fresh blueberries!
