- 50 g suar, white
- 100 g suar, brown
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 egg (s)
- 150 grams flour
- 10 g matcha powder
- 2 g bakin soda

- Preheat the oven to 165 ° C fan oven
- In a bowl, heat the butter in the microwave until it has melted. Then add both types of sugar, egg and salt and stir with a hand mixer. I recommend using dough hooks, as the mass becomes quite viscous.
- Then add flour, matcha powder and baking soda and stir. Then you add the white chocolate or whatever you want in your cookies. For this I use white couverture in block form and cut off pieces as desired. You can of course prepare them without additives.
- Now place little heaps with a tablespoon in portions on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make sure you leave enough space in between, as the cookies expand. Then you take a tablespoon moistened with water and lightly flatten the dough. But they should be at least a thumb`s width high. Then bake for about 10 minutes. At the latest when the biscuits are slightly brown, you should take them out.
