Ingredients

  • 2 packs BÜRGER Maultaschen traditional Swabian à 360 g
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 400 g spinach leaves, youn, ready to cook
  • 150 ml cream
  • 200 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and finely dice the onion. Melt the butter in a large saucepan and sauté the onion cubes until translucent. Add the spinach leaves and let them collapse. Pour the cream on and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the halved tomatoes. Sprinkle with the sugar and fry briefly until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. 3. Prepare the ravioli according to the instructions on the package and serve with the creamed spinach on plates. Spread the cherry tomatoes on top.
