Ingredients
- 1 sachet rice or leftovers from the day before
- Water, hot, three fingers wide
- 3 tablespoon oil
- Paprika powder
- salt
- lots garlic

- We got the recipe from a Cuban cook. Simply cook the rice according to the instructions.
- Put the water and oil in a tall container. Puree, gradually adding the cooked rice until the mass thickens and the desired consistency is achieved. Season to taste with salt, paprika and garlic.
- The flavor can of course be varied as you wish.
