Meat Baked in Charcoal on the Grill

Very tasty, juicy and aromatic meat baked in coals on the grill.

Ingredients

  • Pork (shoulder) – 1 kg
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Ground red pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Wash a piece of meat, dry it, make several cuts. Rub the meat thoroughly on all sides with two kinds of pepper and salt.
  2. Wrap the spatula in several layers of foil.
  3. Bake pork in foil in charcoal on the grill for 1.5 hours. In parallel, you can also bake potatoes in foil.
  4. On top of the grill, you can put a skewer with mushrooms and vegetables and bake until tender.
  5. When the meat is done, unfold the foil. Cut the meat into pieces. Serve with fresh or baked vegetables and herbs.
