Meat Balls

We bring to your attention one of the delicious snacks for the festive table. Festive meatballs look interesting and taste great. This dish can be served alone or with a side dish.
Cook: 1 hour
Ingredients
- Minced meat – 500 g
- Chicken egg – 1 pc.
- Bulb onions – 1 pc.
- Puff pastry – 1 pack
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix the minced meat with chopped onion. We drive in the egg. Salt and pepper to taste. We mix.
- Add a little flour to prevent the dough from sticking. Roll out the dough to about 3 mm.
- Cut the dough into thin strips.
- From minced meat we form medium-sized balls and wrap them with strips of dough, as if making balls.
- Put the balls on a greased baking sheet. And bake the meat balls in the oven for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. The dough should be lightly browned.
