Meat Bread “Traffic light”

Meat bread “Traffic Light” is an original and bright casserole of minced chicken and pasta stuffed with carrots and herbs. If desired, armed with simple products and patience, everyone can make such a funny “traffic light”. And everything tastes great – both adults and children will definitely appreciate the juicy meat casserole with stuffed pasta.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken – 700 g
  • Onions – 200 g (2 pcs.)
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Bread (pulp) – 150 g
  • Milk – 3 tbsp
  • Large roll pasta – 250 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

For the first filling:

  • Carrots – 300 g (2 pcs.)
  • Bulb onions – 100 g (1 pcs.)
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For the second filling:

  • Parsley – 500 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Semolina – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For decoration (optional):

  • Mayonnaise
  • Olives
  • Greens
  • Vegetable oil – for lubricating the mold

Directions

  1. We put a pot of water on heating, salt the boiling water, and boil the pasta in it until half cooked (5-7 minutes). We put it in a colander, let it cool. Crumble bread into a plate and pour milk. Peel the onions, carrots, and garlic.
  2. Cut two onions into 4 parts and grind in a blender until they become porridge. Pass the garlic through a press. Put the minced chicken in a bowl, add the onion, garlic, soaked bread, salt, and pepper. We mix.
  3. To prepare the first filling, three carrots on a fine grater. Finely chop the remaining onion. In a frying pan in vegetable oil (3 tablespoons), fry the carrots and onions until tender (5-7 minutes). Salt during frying.
  4. For the second filling, finely chop the parsley and squeeze the garlic clove through a press. Put the parsley, garlic, salt, semolina, and vegetable oil in the blender bowl. Beat in a blender for 2-3 minutes. Stuff the pasta with the prepared fillings.
  5. Grease the cake or bread pan with vegetable oil. We turn on the oven and heat it up to 180 degrees. Put a layer of minced meat on the bottom of the mold.
  6. Then lay out the stuffed pasta, alternating between orange and green pasta. Then again a layer of minced meat. Put the remaining stuffed pasta on the minced meat.
  7. The last layer will be minced meat. Gently level the surface and send the minced chicken and pasta with carrots and herbs into the preheated oven. We bake for 60 minutes at 180 degrees.
  8. Decorate the finished minced meat casserole and pasta as desired, for example, with olives, mayonnaise, and herbs.
