Meat Bread with Beans and Corn

An excellent recipe for snacks, breakfasts, and even on a festive table. Meat bread with red beans and corn instead of sausage. It turns out very nice and tasty, but while it cools down, the aroma drives you crazy! In general, you have to cook! You can use your favorite spices!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 1 kg
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Sweet pepper – 2 pcs.
  • Canned red beans – 400 g
  • Canned corn – 150 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – for frying
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Ground coriander – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We will immediately prepare all the products. I have minced meat from 600 g of pork and 400 g of turkey.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a little vegetable oil until golden brown.
  3. The pepper is bright, juicy … Cut it into larger cubes.
  4. We collect everything in a large cup. In the minced meat, we send garlic, passed through a press, salt, black pepper, coriander, eggs. We mix.
  5. We also add fried onions, bell peppers, beans (without liquid) and send all of them, and half a can of corn (I had enough).
  6. Mix everything well and put it in a mold. I have a glass bread pan measuring 28×10 cm.
  7. We cook meatloaf in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about an hour.
  8. Let the meatloaf cool right in the mold. The cooled one is cut perfectly! Cook for health!
