Meat Bread with Beans

I bring to your attention a recipe for a delicious and satisfying minced meat bread with beans.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 1 kg
  • Boiled beans – 400 g
  • Milk – 180 ml
  • Semolina – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Put the minced meat in a container in which it will be convenient to knead it. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Add semolina and milk. Mix well.
  2. Squeeze the garlic into the minced meat through a press.
  3. Pour in the boiled beans and mix again.
  4. Cover the refractory form with a baking sleeve. We spread the prepared mass there and tie the ends (see video).
  5. We send it to the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees, for 70-80 minutes. During the baking process, a lot of liquid will be released and the meatloaf will increase in volume.N Over time, leave the meatloaf to cool in the turned-off oven. After cooling, all the released juice will be absorbed into the meatloaf.
  6. We take out the meatloaf with beans from the mold when it is completely cold.
  7. Cut into convenient portions and serve.
