Meat Cakes with Cheese

Very tender, juicy, and delicious meat cakes with cheese that will go well with any table. Small meat casseroles are also handy to take to work.
Ingredients
- Minced meat – 350 g
- Hard cheese – 50 g
- Semolina – 1 tablespoon
- Chicken eggs – 2-3 pcs.
- Sour cream – 1 tbsp
- Onions – 0.5-1 pcs.
- Ground paprika – to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Ground coriander – to taste
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Finely chop the onion. We combine it with minced meat.
- Then add semolina, salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings. We knead everything well.
- Grate cheese. Shake eggs with sour cream, salt, pepper, and seasonings.
- Place minced meat in muffin tins. Make a small depression in the minced meat. Pour the prepared egg mixture into each well.
- Cook minced meat casseroles in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 40-45 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle grated meat cakes with cheese (as an option, you can add cheese directly to the egg mixture in advance).
- Meat cakes with cheese are ready. Minced Meat Snack Muffins – small meat casseroles – are delicious hot or cold.
