Meat Cutlets “Lush”

Delicious, crispy-crispy minced pork cutlets.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Minced pork (not fatty) – 600 g
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • White loaf – 100 g
  • Milk – 50 g
  • Potatoes – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Bread crumbs – 3-4 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 5-6 tbsp

Directions

  1. Products for cooking meat cutlets in front of you.
  2. Trim the crust from a piece of loaf. Soak the crustless loaf in milk. Then knead with a fork into a gruel.
  3. Peel, wash and finely grate potatoes, onions and garlic.
  4. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add the egg. Add the soaked loaf, potatoes, onions and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix the minced meat thoroughly.
  6. Form cutlets with wet hands, roll in breadcrumbs.
  7. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put prepared cutlets in hot oil. Fry meat cutlets over low heat, covered, until golden brown. First, on one side for 4-5 minutes.
  8. Then turn over and fry the meat cutlets on the other side in the same way. So fry all the cutlets.
  9. “Lush” meat cutlets are ready! Serve with your favorite side dish.
