Meat Rolls with Mushrooms and Cheese, on Skewers

Delicious meat rolls with mushrooms, interesting to prepare! In addition to mushrooms, cheese and bread crumbs are added to the filling. You can cook it in advance and send it to the oven or to the pan before the festive feast! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Pork loin – 600 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Champignons – 200 g
  • Bread crumbs – 100 g
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. The pork loin was slightly frozen, so it was easily cut into thin slices. All other products are also on the table, it’s time to start.
  2. The skewers that we will use for the rolls are soaked in water in advance so that they do not burn in the oven.
  3. First of all, fry the onion, cut into small cubes, in a little oil.
  4. Once the onion is golden, add the sliced ​​mushrooms. Fry so that the mushrooms get rid of excess moisture. Salt to taste.
  5. We put the onion with mushrooms in a cup to cool down faster.
  6. We immediately prepare the second part of the filling. Rub the cheese into crackers on a fine grater, add salt and black pepper, mix well. We leave a little breadcrumbs with cheese for baking rolls. We turn on the oven to heat up to a temperature of 200 degrees.
  7. Lightly beat each piece of meat with a kitchen hammer through a cling film.
  8. Then we distribute mushrooms and onions over the surface of the prepared pieces of meat.
  9. And sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese on top.
  10. We roll up dense rolls.
  11. With skewers (preferably two), collect rolls together, 4-5 pieces each.
  12. We send meat rolls with mushrooms and cheese on skewers on a baking sheet covered with a sheet of parchment.
  13. Sprinkle the rolls on top with the remaining breadcrumbs and cheese.
  14. We bake meat rolls on skewers in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Or fry in a pan on both sides until golden brown (sprinkle with breadcrumbs with cheese at the very end).
