Ingredients
- 120 g cooked ham, ham sausae or beer ham
- 200 g yourt, Greek, 10% or Greek sheep yourt 6%
- 130 g cucumber (s)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- some salt (Society Garlic Salt) or Himalayan salt
- some pepper, whiter
- 12 romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds (chia seed gel, see my recipe in the database), optional

- Mix the yogurt with salt and pepper and mix in the olive oil well.
- Cut the ham into narrow, small strips. Peel the cucumber, cut into eighths, core and cut into small pieces. Mix both with the yoghurt cream and possibly add the chia gel. Wash the romaine lettuce and dry well with a paper towel.
- Place the meat salad on the individual leaves and cover with a second leaf.
