- 3 bell peppers, different colors
- 2 onions)
- 500 g pork from the loosened chop or chicken breast, I use half / half
- Oil, e.g., rapeseed oil
- BBQ-Rub (Magic Rub BBQ dry marinade from Achterhof)

- Cut the peppers, onions and meat into pieces. Put the meat in a bowl, rub with oil and then rub with Magic Rub. You can of course prepare the meat beforehand and let it steep in the refrigerator - as we know, it tastes even better.
- Then skewer the ingredients in your favorite order, insert them and then set the Klarstein hot air fryer to 200 degrees, 25 minutes and on roll.
- We think this combination is very tasty. Of course you can modify, make other skewers or e.g., Add potatoes as you like.
