Meatballs for Children

Sometimes you want to remember the taste of childhood! Many wonderful dishes were served to us in kindergarten and school. Then I didn’t eat them very much, as I think most of them did. Now I would not mind trying.

Ingredients
- Minced pork – 500 grams
- Onions – 1 Piece
- Egg – 1 Piece
- Sour cream – 2 Art. spoons
- Flour – 4 Art. spoons
- Bay leaf – 1 piece
- Water – 2 Glasses
- Ground black pepper – To taste
- Salt – To taste
- Vegetable oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Tomato paste – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Rice – 1/2 Cup
Directions
- Better make the minced meat yourself. Scroll the meat through a meat grinder. Boil the rice in advance. Chop the onion finely. Combine rice, minced meat, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients well.
- Shape the meat into balls with wet hands. Roll each in flour.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Fry meatballs in it until golden brown.
- Transfer the meatballs to a deep saucepan. Dissolve a glass of water, tomato paste and salt separately. Pour the liquid into a saucepan. Also add bay leaves. Simmer the dish for 10 minutes, covered over low heat.
- Dissolve the sour cream with the remaining water. Add Art. To this liquid. a spoonful of flour. Stir.
- Then add the sour cream sauce to the meatballs. Simmer for 20 minutes, covered.
- After this time, the meatballs will be ready! They are best served with rice.
