Meatballs in Milk Sauce

Here’s how to make meatballs in milk sauce. I don’t know what the secret of milk is, but it turns any dish into unearthly bliss! These meatballs just melt in your mouth! Simple and delicious!

Let’s make the minced meat: stir the soaked bun, chopped onion and garlic, and spices to the finished minced meat. Mix thoroughly and send to the refrigerator for now.
Now – the sauce. We heat the vegetable oil, melt the butter. Pour in flour, fry until golden brown, so that there are no lumps. Pour in milk, reduce heat. Add spices to taste and simmer for 10 minutes.
Make balls from minced meat, if desired, roll them in flour. Let’s send it to the sauce, simmer for half an hour over low heat under the lid.
The meatballs are ready! Sprinkle them with herbs and serve!
