Mix the minced meat with cream, salt and white pepper and season to taste. Shape the dough into 8 meatballs. Heat the fat in the frying pan and fry the meatballs in it on both sides and then remove.
Mix the flour in the pan and add the sour cream. Heat the whole thing while stirring, season with paprika, salt and cayenne pepper and season to taste. Now place the meatballs in the sauce and cook for another 5 - 7 minutes.
Arrange the whole thing in a bowl and garnish with chives or parsley. This goes well with beetroot salad or mixed salad or boiled potatoes.
