400 ml sweet cream
salt and pepper
Paprika powder
1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant

Meatballs with Cream Sauce, Similar To Köttbullar

Instructions

Press the sausage meat into a bowl. Cut the white bread and onions into cubes, add all the ingredients for the meatballs to the bowl and work them into a homogeneous mass. If the mixture is too moist, just add breadcrumbs.
Shape the meat dough into meatballs and fry them brown on both sides in a pan. They don`t have to be done! Then place the meatballs in a baking dish.
For the sauce, pour the cream with the spices and the stock into the pan and bring to the boil briefly. Pour the cream over the meatballs into the baking dish and cook in the oven at 180 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 20-25 minutes.
Cranberries and homemade French fries go well with the sauce.
