Meatballs with Sauce in the Oven

A classic recipe for meatballs with sauce in the oven – at your service! I think you will like this dish: there is nothing superfluous in it, it is just moderately tender, moderately satisfying and not moderately tasty!

Ingredients
- Beef – 400 Grams
- Boiled rice – 200 Grams
- Onion – 200 Grams
- Carrots – 100 Grams
- Sour cream – 100 grams
- Tomato Paste – 100 Grams
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
- Flour – 1 Teaspoon
- Spices – To taste
Directions
- Preparatory stage. Defrost the minced meat, boil the rice until half cooked, and fry the onions with carrots in vegetable oil.
- Mix rice, minced meat, spices to taste and onions with carrots. We form meatballs with wet hands. Fry them over high heat from all sides until golden brown. This is so that they do not fall apart under the influence of the sauce boiling in the oven
- For the sauce, combine the tomato paste, sour cream and flour. We’ll also add spices, if you like. Pour the sauce over the meatballs, and send everything together to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
