Ingredients

  • 375 g minced meat
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ marjoram
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sambal oelek
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 130 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 100 g bacon or salami
  • 20 g butter

For the sauce:

  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 30 g butter
  • 3 teaspoons tomato paste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Gravy
  • 0.25 liter ¼ water
  • 2 tablespoon sauce, instant (meatloaf sauce powder)
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Knead the minced meat, breadcrumbs and tomato ketchup. Cut the bell pepper, cheese and bacon into small cubes. Then add everything to the minced meat mixture. Now season with salt, pepper, marjoram and samba olek. Now shape everything into a meat loaf and place in a greased roasting pan. Put the butter flakes on the roast and then in the oven. Temperature 200 degrees Baking time 1 hour

  3. Dice the vegetables and onion, then sauté in butter. Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Pour the meatloaf liquid and water, stir in the meatloaf powder and simmer for 30 minutes. At the end, refine with cream and a little sugar. Serve with meatloaf.
