Meatloaf with Mushroom Sauce

Delicious roll with unusual sauce. The roll itself is juicy, and the sauce makes it even more interesting in taste and more piquant.

Ingredients

  • Ground Beef – 1 Kilogram
  • Chicken eggs – 3 Pieces (2 boiled and 1 raw)
  • Hard cheese – 150 Grams
  • Champignons – 100 Grams
  • Onions – 2 Pieces
  • Cream – 200 Milliliters
  • Vegetable oil – 50 Milliliters
  • Butter – 20 Grams

Directions

  1. Put the ground beef in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, spices of your choice. Pour in 1 glass of water and knead.
  2. Beat in 1 egg. Stir again. The minced meat should become homogeneous, dense. The water is completely absorbed.
  3. Take plastic wrap. Lay it out on the table. Lay out the minced meat and distribute it evenly over the foil in a rectangle.
  4. Grate the cheese. Place in the middle of the meat layer. Cut the boiled egg into cubes and place on the cheese. Distribute. Finely chop the champignons. Fry the mushrooms and onions in a pan. Place on top of the cheese.
  5. Lift the edge and roll the minced meat into a roll.
  6. Place the roll on the foil. Lift the edges and secure them so that the meat juice that will stand out during baking does not leak out and is as close to the roll as possible. I made a kind of boat.
  7. Fry the remaining mushrooms in vegetable oil. Add onion. Fry again.
  8. Pour in the cream. Add salt, pepper, chopped herbs. Add butter. Stir and let it boil. The mass will thicken. Turn off.
  9. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place the roll in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes. Drizzle with the resulting juice. Whisk the mushroom mixture with an immersion blender until smooth.
  10. Let’s get the mushroom sauce. Check for spices again.
  11. Cut the finished roll into pieces. Drizzle with mushroom sauce and serve
